A.How to deal with the faulty product?

Our products are produced in strict quality control system .Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new product with new order for small quantity.

For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

B.If I don't have drawings, how can I get samples? 

If you don't have drawings. You can send us your samples, we scan and do 2D and 3D drawings first, and then make samples for you.

C.How about transportation? 

You can choose any method you prefer, Seaway, Airway, or Express, like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. 

D. How to proceed an order for products?

We manufacture product as per product drawing and custom size, 

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. 

Fourthly We arrange the production.
